About

My Background
I’ve spent years performing electrical system studies — short‑circuit, coordination, and arc‑flash analysis — across industrial and commercial facilities. Through that work, I saw firsthand how inconsistent labeling practices were, how often critical information was missing, and how easily a facility could fall out of compliance without realizing it.
That experience shaped my approach:
No shortcuts. No generic stickers. Every label backed by real engineering.

Our Story

Why I Created Next Phase Compliance
I started Next Phase Compliance because I kept seeing a gap that bothered me — a gap between what facilities thought they were getting and what they actually had. Everywhere I went, I saw arc‑flash labels that looked official but weren’t backed by any real engineering, weren’t compliant, and weren’t protecting anyone. People were relying on stickers that gave a false sense of safety.
And the truth is, most facilities didn’t even know they were exposed.
I created this company because I believe workers deserve better than guesswork. I believe compliance should be clear, defensible, and rooted in real analysis — not generic labels, outdated categories, or shortcuts. With NEC 2026 raising the standard, I knew there needed to be a service built on accuracy, integrity, and transparency. Something that brings engineering discipline to a space that has been treated like a commodity for far too long.
Next Phase Compliance exists to close that gap — to make sure every label on a piece of equipment actually means something.
How I Work
I believe compliance should be:

Accurate

Every value tied to real calculations

Clear

No missing data, no ambiguity

Durable

Permanent, legible labels that meet code expectations

Documented

Complete, audit‑ready packages for every project

Future‑focused

Aligned with NEC 2026 and the evolving safety landscape

My goal is simple: to give facilities confidence that their labeling is correct, compliant, and defensible.

Why This Matters to Me
Arc‑flash labeling isn’t just a code requirement — it’s a safety system. When labels are wrong or incomplete, people get hurt, and companies take on unnecessary risk. I take that seriously. My work is about protecting workers, reducing liability, and giving organizations clarity in an area where clarity is often missing.
My Commitment
Next Phase Compliance is built on accuracy, integrity, and transparency. I’m here to help facilities transition into the new NEC 2026 requirements with confidence. Whether you need a full study, compliant labels, or a documentation package that stands up in an audit, I deliver work that is precise, thorough, and built to last.
This is the next phase of electrical safety — and I’m proud to lead it.
